The prices of fluorite and refrigerants are solid, comparing to falling prices of anhydrous hydrofluoric acid.

Last week (February 22-28) was the second week after the Spring Festival, the recovery of fluorite processing plants was relatively slow. The inventory was mainly from the previous year, and the quotations were firm. The mainstream quotations of 97% fluorite powder were 2650-2750 yuan/ton. There was a slight expansion of hydrofluoric acid in the early stage, and the price center of gravity has a downward trend. The market reference delivery price is 9650 yuan/ton; domestic demand for refrigerants has not improved, but the export orders for R125 and R134a are stable and prices are firm.

Market forecast: The macro situation of domestic refrigerant overcapacity remains unchanged, especially the domestic rigid demand is still insufficient. At present, the prices of bulk commodities are rising due to various factors, but the overall fluorine chemical industry chain is not affected much. Due to weak demand, the prices of R32, anhydrous hydrofluoric acid and other products have fallen slightly. With the resumption of work after the holiday, market hype gradually increased, and some dealers' quotations rose, but given that the demand has not changed much, the room for increase is limited.
