    A Basic Introduction of Refrigernat Gas R407c

    R407c is a mixture of R32 refrigerant and R125/refrigerant plus R134a refrigerant in a certain proportion. It is an environmentally friendly refrigerant that does not destroy the ozone layer.

    R407C has very similar characteristics and performance to R22, so it has become a long-term alternative to R22 and is used in various air conditioning systems and non-centrifugal refrigeration systems.
    R407C can be used in the original R22 system without redesigning the system. It only needs to replace a few parts of the original system, and replace the mineral refrigerating oil in the original system with a lubricating oil (POE oil) that is miscible with R407C, and then it can be directly filled R407C, realize the environmental protection replacement of the original equipment.
    Since R407C is a mixed non-azeotropic working fluid, in order to ensure that its mixed composition does not change, R407C must be filled in a liquid state. If refrigerant leakage occurs in the R407C system and the performance of the system changes significantly, the remaining R407C in the system cannot be recycled and reused. The remaining R407C refrigerant in the system must be emptied and recharged with new R407C refrigerant.

    Application of Refrigerant Gas R407c

    R407C is a ternary non-azeotropic refrigerant introduced as a substitute for R22. In actual replacement, you only need to replace the lubricating oil, change its dryer and other minor parts. In order to improve the easy decomposition of ester oil into residues, additives are often added to the system. When in use, in order to give full play to its advantages, it is best to choose a counterflow heat exchanger. In addition, the area of the condenser and the flow rate of the cooling medium also increase. R407c also has the characteristics of cleanliness, low toxicity, non-combustibility, and good cooling effect, and is widely used in the air conditioning industry.
