1.The saturation pressure
R134a at a temperature below 25°C is smaller than that of R12, especially when it is below -25°C, the saturation pressure of R134a is lower than atmospheric pressure. In the high-pressure section, the saturation pressure of R134a is higher than R12.
2.Strong leakage
R12 has strong permeability, but because R134a has a smaller molecule than R12, its permeability is stronger.
3.the solubility of water is as high as 0.15/100g
R134a has strong water absorption from the air, which is nearly 6 times higher than R12.
4. Strong corrosiveness
R134a has a corrosive effect on general rubber products such as gaskets and connecting hoses.
5. Lubrication characteristics
R134a is incompatible with mineral oil, so mineral oil is not allowed in the system.
