Is R32 Refrigerant Gas Toxic?

R32 is poisonous. 

Toxic and harmful substances produced by high thermal decomposition. 

When the liquefied gas leaks and vaporizes, it absorbs a lot of heat from the surroundings, which can cause frostbite of the skin. 

When a confined space leaks, there is a possibility of suffocation, so the room should be fully ventilated. 

When inhaled in high concentrations of gas, there may be general paralysis and other similar symptoms. 

When continuous direct contact and inhalation, temporary nerve paralysis and hypofunction such as dizziness, headache, dullness, wheezing, confusion,

and movement disorders may occur, and severe cases can lead to irregular heartbeat and even cardiac arrest.

Important points to note when filling R32:

Do not buy inferior refrigerants or fake refrigerants (fake refrigerants may be mixed with methane, R40 and other highly flammable substances, and the

possibility of combustion and explosion of the system increases).

There is no need to misuse the refrigerant (mixed and misused refrigerants of different working fluids).

The installation and maintenance links are standardized (to avoid leakage and air inlet in various operation links).

For R32 products, no heat source is allowed within 2 meters of maintenance and discharge of refrigerant.

It is strictly forbidden to start and run when the system is blocked (the valve is not opened or the indoor unit is not connected).

Maintenance welding to ensure that there is a sufficient safety distance, the use of brand welding tools, pressure vessels must have tempering device,

welding to do a good job of nitrogen-filled protection and standardized operation.

For poor refrigeration effect and irregular failure (compressor can work), first determine whether the static pressure is within the safe range and then
