Refrigerant: A New Round of Price Increases Is Expected To Appear

The operating load of refrigerant enterprises has been gradually increasing, and product prices have been slowly rising. Some end-users have started to pay more attention due to the significant changes in the refrigerant market, and the procurement pace has been gradually accelerating with the arrival of demand. The production scheduling of downstream home appliance manufacturers has been growing rapidly, and enterprises are under considerable pressure to maintain supply due to the continuous growth of foreign trade orders. 

At this stage, retail inventory levels are low, and the market rhythm is passively accepted. 

Specifically, by product type: 

R22 factory offers have reached 35,500 yuan/ton, with retail bottled markets gradually increasing prices, and single bottles (22.7kg) rising to 850 yuan/ton, while bulk water markets remain reluctant to sell; 

R32 is expected to see a significant increase in demand in the spring, with continuous growth in air conditioning export orders, leading to a substantial increase in enterprise production scheduling and a continued bullish outlook; 

R134a supply shortages are difficult to alleviate, with bulk water shipments being controlled, and foreign trade demand being better than domestic trade, with enterprise offers rising to 44,000 yuan/ton; 

R404 and R507 are gradually seeing price increases due to the rising costs of R143 and R125 raw materials, with mainstream offers for multiple products ranging from 43,000 to 44,000 yuan/ton. 

At this stage, market transaction volumes and a new round of rising quotations are expected to emerge after the end of the month, with the annual trend still being priced based on quotas, and enterprises continuing to prioritize profit margins.
