Weekly market characteristics: the prices of basic raw materials liquid chlorine, methane chloride, trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene have risen sharply, sulfuric acid has fallen sharply, and the core raw material hydrofluoric acid is relatively stable; trichloroethylene and tetrachloroethylene are subject to Binhua Group , the abnormal start of Ronghui Chemical has aggravated the contradiction between supply and demand, and the corresponding refrigerant R134A/R125 factories also reduce the load production, and the price of new orders increases greatly.

It is worth noting that the method of issuing production quotas for HFCs refrigerants in the future tends to be issued in carbon dioxide equivalent units. They are keen to scramble for the production quota of popular products. In the near future, they may pay more attention to products with high GWP value, and the momentum of HFCs product bidding competition for volume shipments may weaken.

As of September 9, the average price of refrigerant R22 was 18,000.00 yuan/ton, an increase of 2.86% compared with the price at the beginning of the month of 17,500.00 yuan/ton, and a decrease of 17.56% compared with the same period last year. The average price of refrigerant R134a was 25,500.00 yuan/ton, an increase of 4.79% compared with the price at the beginning of the month of 24,333.33 yuan/ton, and an increase of 4.08% compared with the same period last year.

This week, the fundamentals of refrigerant R22 did not fluctuate much, and the quotation prices of enterprises remained stable as a whole. The price of the raw material chloroform continued to rise in the month, the overall hydrofluoric acid was weak and stable, and the cost of raw materials rose slightly, which will further support the price of R22 in the future. The fundamentals of domestic R134a fluctuated little this week, and the quoted prices of enterprises remained stable as a whole. Since September, the price of trichloroethylene has continued to rise, the price of hydrofluoric acid has remained weak as a whole, and the cost of R134a has continued to rise. The cost and downstream rigid demand will further support the price of R134a in the future. In terms of raw materials, the domestic price of hydrofluoric acid continued to be weak, and the price of trichloroethylene continued to rise. On the whole, the cost of R134a raw materials showed an overall increasing trend.
