R410A is a new type of environmentally friendly refrigerant that does not destroy the ozone layer. When cooling or heating, the working pressure is about 1.6 times that of ordinary R22 air conditioners, and the cooling (heating) efficiency is higher. Improve air conditioning performance without destroying the ozone layer. R410A new refrigerant is composed of two quasi-azeotropic mixtures, mainly composed of hydrogen, fluorine and carbon elements (expressed as hfc), which is stable, non-toxic, and superior in performance. At the same time, since it does not contain chlorine, it will not react with ozone, that is, it will not destroy the ozone layer. In addition, the performance of air conditioners using new refrigerants will also be improved to a certain extent. R410A is the most suitable refrigerant to replace R22, which is recognized internationally so far, and it has been popularized in Europe, America, Japan and other countries.

R410A compressor uses POE oil to absorb water better than mineral oil (R22 compressor), so moisture management must be strengthened. Otherwise, it is easy to damage the system, produce impurities and copper plating, and form sludge, which is one of the main reasons for dirty and oil blockage.
The pressure of R410A refrigerant is about 1.6 times higher than that of R22 refrigerant. When installing R410A refrigerant air conditioner, use R410A special tools and materials, pay attention to safe operation.
The mixing of non-condensable gases such as air will cause abnormal high pressure in the refrigerant circulation pipeline, which is the main cause of rupture and cracks in the circulation pipeline. Therefore, the normal operation is to vacuum.
The wall thickness of the copper pipe must comply with the "Copper Piping Design Specification". According to the following requirements, choose the copper pipe wall thickness allowed for R410A. As well as copper and aluminum tubes, they must not be used. If the copper tube ruptures and the refrigerant leaks, if you can confirm that the remaining refrigerant is not mixed with non-condensable gas, you can directly charge the liquid phase.
Compared with R22 system, R410A special accessories, R410A system must use R410A compressor, stop valve, four-way valve, etc. The R410A system must not use refrigerants other than R410A. In air conditioners that use R22 refrigerant, R410A refrigerant must never be used.
The compressor oil of R22 refrigerant and R410A refrigerant is different. The engine oil used in R22 is mineral oil. The engine oil used in R410A is: synthetic oil POE or PVE. R410A refrigerant must not use mineral oil.
